MSA originally determined site constraints and prepared a conceptual grading and drainage plan for this seventy-three unit senior rental housing development in Palm Desert, California. In addition to the preliminary services, MSA then took the project through the Design Development Phase through the Construction Document Phase and ultimately the administration of the construction of the project sitework.
The project is designed to exceed current Title 24 standards for construction, achieve a minimum of Silver LEED certification, and ultimately achieve a net zero energy usage.
