Kimberly Thompson joined MSA in 2005 as the firm’s Receptionist. In that position, she became the “face” of MSA to many clients and colleagues. In 2015, after mastering the fast paced, front desk environment, and successfully obtaining a Certificate of Achievement in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, she became MSA’s Director of Human Resources. She monitors the ever changing State and Federal employment laws and administrates company benefits along with assisting with company payroll. She supports both firm management and the staff by providing HR advice and assisting with company policy and procedures, recruiting, orienting and training new employees.
