Manny Pompa joined the MSA Consulting Production/Engineering Department in 2002, providing civil engineering designs including preliminary and final designs of both public and private sewer systems, water systems, storm drain systems, irrigation, streets, grading and site layouts for all development types. In addition, Mr. Pompa prepares engineering reports and analyses, such as water and sewer system analysis, storm drain systems hydraulic calculation and reports, as well as trench load on pipe reports. He has a strong focus on maximizing Civil3D and AutoCAD skills to optimize efficiency, accuracy and uniformity. He has developed procedures to automate pipes networks, alignments, profiles, surfaces, annotation styles, line and curb data table, allowing the design to be quickly extracted for survey to stake. In his role as Senior Designer, where his analytical, computer, and engineering skills are utilized, his primary focus is on sewer, water and storm drainage systems. Having played major roles in a variety of institutional, commercial, residential, public works projects, coupled with his familiarity of design requirements, accounts for project design and cost efficiences.
