Receptionist

Overview

MSA Consulting, Inc. is accepting resumes for a front desk receptionist to perform a wide range of reception, administrative, and office support activities for departments and/or managers and supervisors. Our ideal candidate must work well in a team-oriented environment and help to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Must have great communication skills (written & verbal), attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the flexibility to handle a busy reception desk and workloads from multiple departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Open and close the front office
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls

Overview

The ideal candidate would be a doer/seller with established client relationships and strong physical design, technical writing, and project management skills. Responsibilities will include client relations, conceptual/schematic design of small, medium and large-scale land development projects, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with public agencies.
